Biography


Professor Jennifer Dungait is a globally renowned soil scientist with 20 years’ academic research experience in Soil Biogeochemistry now working as an freelance consultant in soil health management after establishing Soil Health Expert in 2018.


She is a Fellow of the Institute of Soil Science (F.I. Soil Sci.) and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology (FRSB).


Jenni has a passion for science communication and knowledge transfer and has developed a large international network of researchers in soil science and partners in the agricultural industry.


She is the Editor-in-Chief of the European Journal of Soil Science, an international peer-reviewed scientific journal published by Wiley for the British Society of Soil Science.


Academic Achievement

 

Jenni is an Honorary Professor at Scotland's Rural College (SRUC) and Honorary Professor in the College of Life and Environmental Sciences at the University of Exeter, UK.


She has a substantial record of peer-reviewed academic publication, citations and impact.
